Project activity log for the Solti collections suite.

Sections

  • Activity Matrix — raw commit counts per repo per month, full project history at a glance
  • Weekly Logs — Monday morning summary of the prior week across all solti-* repos (git log + gh PR/issue activity)
  • Plans — flat index of planning docs scattered across the workspace (root plans/, collection docs/, per-repo planning/)
  • Monthly Logs — strategic roll-up computed directly from calendar-month git/gh queries, not a sum of the weekly entries (weeks are Monday-aligned, months are calendar-aligned — summing would silently misfile boundary-spanning weeks)
  • Writings — longer-form pieces for publication (not started yet)
